Return Process

To ensure a quick return process, please complete the information on our Return Form truthfully and completely. Print and include this form with sufficient postage in your return shipment. Returns will only be accepted with this return form. Please keep the package tracking number safe for any inquiries.

Return Conditions

Any return (right of withdrawal) is only possible if the product is returned to us within 14 days in its undamaged original packaging, without any signs of use (including adhesive residues), and in a clean condition. If the complaint is justified, the invoice will be cancelled, and if prepayment was made, it will be refunded. The latter requires the customer’s bank details.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to deduct compensation for any damage or excessive wear and tear from the refundable purchase price or to refuse a refund if any loss of value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
